Relais Villa Fiorita
The historic Venetian residence rises near the old monastery della Madonna del
Pero , small village located in the Venetian Villas area between Venice and Treviso.
The Villa built around the middle of the nineteenth century in classic Venetian
style, and made famous during the great war by illustrious presence of Ernest
Hemmingway. Here the great writer was inspired when writing some of his most famous
novels and chose Monastier to receive his Catholic baptism.
The Relais, completely refurbished in 2001, offers the visitor 31 de luxe rooms,
three splendid suites and prestigious cuisine. Thanks to the capacity of Emanuele
Rizzoli young Chef whose specialisation has led him in short time to reach the
highest expressions of the local Trevigiana cuisine . The villa today conserves
all its original charm: spacious and restful areas, pleasant and harmonious
architecture, romantic atmosphere through nature and history.
